Check-in is possible any time from 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am at the latest. Would you like personal assistance? We are happy to answer your questions Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm at +43.676.366 01 02.

Our guesthouse is equipped with a Nuki code lock. On the day of your arrival you will receive your personal key code. It opens both the front door and the apartment.

To open the door: enter the code. To lock the door: press the triangle.

By registering via the following link, you will receive the free digital guest card from Innsbruck Tourismus after your arrival. It gives you various discounts and benefits during your stay, including public transport, sights and cable cars.

Parking: You can park your car in the surrounding short-term parking zone (blue line). It applies Mon–Fri from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm; weekends are free. You can easily pay the fee with Easypark. Alternatively, you can use the P & R car park at the Olympiaworld and take public transport (free with the Welcome Card). Line J runs directly from there to our guesthouse.

Possible at any time after check-out in the entrance hallway. The hallway is under video surveillance. Liability remains with the guests.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire guesthouse. Additional cleaning fee of EUR 200.00 in case of non-compliance.

Pets are not allowed.

Unregistered guests are not permitted. Please let us know if anything changes during your stay. Service fee for additional bedding: EUR 20.

The rubbish bins are located in the inner courtyard. A small basic supply of laundry and dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, kitchen rolls and coffee pads is included.

Unreported damages will be charged.

The entrance area, hallway and inner courtyard are under video surveillance. Please lock doors and windows before leaving (windows may be left tilted). Please switch off lights and electronic devices when not in use. Candles and open flames are not allowed. Please store valuables in the safe. Smoke detectors are installed in all apartments.

E-scooters for rent are available in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Please note that only the app of the provider “Dott” works locally to rent the scooters.
